$130 per night (For 2) – 3-day weekend $350 Check-In 2:00 pm Check Out 11:00 am
Additional person $100/night
Children under 9 yrs $50/night

(Maximum Occupancy 6 people)

$300.00 security deposit for the nightly stay.
$500.00 security deposit for the weekend stay.
DEPOSIT REFUNDED AFTER INSPECTION OF PROPERTY BY OWNER.

$800 weekly rate + 25% (Xmas, March break, Easter)

Smoking Not Permitted
Pet-Friendly
Small friendly gatherings, not large parties
Respect of property and nature
No hunting permitted
Supervision of children near pond area
Fishing of rainbow trout in pond

Full refund of booking deposit (50%) with 48-hour notice

Payment by E-transfer, International Money Transfer or certified cheque/money order.
